In a former life, I drove up and down Constitution Ave multiple times a week while commuting to my job as a nurse in the PICU at Children’s National Hospital. I became very familiar with the buildings and monuments that lined this major street in DC. One of my favorites was the American Institute of Pharmacy. I loved the simplicity and symmetry – but being on my way to or home from work, I never had a chance to stop and explore. That all changed when Becky and Jordan decided to use this beautiful building as a backdrop for their engagement session. Despite chilly temps we were gifted with cotton-candy clouds for a sunset stroll over to the Lincoln Memorial. While they definitely photographed as a classy, sophisticated couple, they were far from stuffy or snobby. Becky and Jordan were a blast to hang out with and I am so excited for their wedding this fall!
