We always love finding the unexpected. When it comes to weddings it’s often the unexpected moments that get to the heart of the story. When it comes to Washington DC, it’s unexpected venues like the Tudor Place where Gina and Peter had their perfect intimate wedding with their immediate family. Nestled just north of Georgetown, the historic house and gardens transport you to another time and place, despite the city remaining just a few feet away. It’s quiet, lovely and could not be a more perfect setting for where Gina and Peter vowed to love one another for the rest of their days.

The following evening we met back up with Gina and Peter to document their reception at Masseria in Union Market with all of their family and friends for an evening of amazing food, good conversation and heartfelt toasts. We wish these two an incredible life together and were so honored to document their story!
